History

Our story starts way back, from a dark place of rejection abandonment, lack of love and invalidation.

New Creation began from a dark place I was in once upon a time in my life. I felt rejected, abandoned, not loved and validated. I never felt good enough to achieve anything in life. I was searching for love in the wrong places.

I thought work, friends and romantic relationships could fill the emptiness and void in my life but all of that was in vain. I got tired of crying myself to sleep at night. I no longer wanted to be a victim mind-set girl. I knew that I had the power to make a change, I remember one night I prayed to God to heal me, to show me what unconditional love is.

I began my walk with God and began to make changes in my life. I had to find my own voice and take up my space. I knew I had to forgive the past though I didn’t know how. I asked for purpose and a vision for my life. From that moment it was revealed to me healing and transformation is possible, but you got to do the work.

I remember seeing a butterfly. I was captured by its beauty, softness and fragility. I researched about these beautiful species and I understood that our lives as human beings are similar to them. We are all born uniquely in our own ways and we have different talents and gifts.

Different paths to walk…there is a time to be born, a time to crawl and walk, a time to discover your authentic self, being in your cocoon. Whilst in the cocoon, you being shaped by the journey called life. You can chose to remain there or break out of that shell.

Ultimately, the butterfly represents self-love. Loving everything about who you are. Having a high self-esteem, confidence, knowing your worth and that you have always been loved. Mirror work is hard to do, I am an example of what it takes to create the new you.
