New Creation mentors play a very vital role as caring adults, supporting our young people through a guided training of all essential skills and processes to help young girls with self-confidence, communication and much more.
Our mentees and mentors are to meet in a safe, positive and socially approved environment that parents will have a consent on.
MOTIVATIONAL TALKS
One person at a time…They will leave and face the world with a positive impact and challenge to transform their lives.
Skills Development
These are the tools which we know every girl, teen, women needs or will keep needing for the present and the future. These skills are Communication and
Interpersonal Skills. These cover communication, bullying, gossiping, negotiations and conflict, team work, decision-making and critical thinking skills.
ETIQUETTE ON SOCIAL & BUSINESS PROTOCOL
New Creation is proud to bring this incentive in our communities because we bring back family values, kindness, politeness and how you treat others. We prepare our boys and girls, teens and women for future office employment equipping them with both Social Etiquette Skills such as dinning as well as Business Etiquette Skills such as telephone manners, etc.
